1 Our father thank you for laying upon the land rails,walls,lamposts,phoneboxes,rocks,trees, and buildings,bridges,fences and soft ground for practising tricks

2 Thanks you lord for sending the messiahs David Belle and Sebastian foucan to show us the way of parkour and freerunning

3 Thank you blessing traceurs traceuse and freerunners with the knowledge of kongs,cats and tic tacs precisions,speed vaults and dash vaults,front flips,backflips,gainers,loosers,beranis,aerials and much more

4 Help us in learning,confidence and silence watch over us as we continue to follow the way

what is parkour and freerunning

Parkour is the art of movement in which traceurs (male practicioner) and traceuse (female practicioners) go from one point to another in the most efficient and effective way possible overcoming any obstacle in our way by leaping, vaulting and climbing using princapply the abilities of the human body.David Belle is the founder of parkour the co-founder is Sebastian Foucan .Sebastian is the founder of freerunning, the name 'freerunning' was made to sound easier on the english ear but also your own way of parkour, your own way is how you learn and may include tricks thats some info on parkour and freerunning

we have got a new vid check it out on you tube and tells us what you think about it. the vid is the finish product of all the footage we filmed in the RAMP project we did. it also has us freerunning in it. The RAMP prodject is respect athlete mentoring progamme our mentor was world champion skateboarder neil danns who took us to gyms rock climbing skateboarding manchester (freerun heaven) and to a edit sweet to make our vid.

Hi where Roof Top Gorillaz and where running the campaign 3run city and we could do with some ideas of how to get things including the funding and equitment.
